Shipping Methods

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post to ship all our orders, the cost of which depends on the shipping method and overall weight of your order. Parcel Post is cheaper, but takes 5-6 working days to arrive. If you want to spend a little extra to receive your order sooner, choose Express Post to have your order arrive 2-3 working days after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use Australia Post to ship all our orders, the cost of which depends on the overall weight of your order. We use Airmail exclusively for international customers, which takes 3-10 working days for your order to arrive after shipment.

PACKAGING

All items are ironed, carefully packed and bubble wrapped to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns on custom made garments so make sure to choose carefully and give us accurate measurements with any custom order. Please contact us if you need help taking your measurements. 

Each item is constructed with the utmost care but in the unlikely event of a fault a full refund will be given upon return of the item within 3 months of purchase (minus postage costs). We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by rough treatment of garments.
